You can search to find some nice ML toolkits for LabVIEW but you may have to pay for a good one.  Honestly, I love LabVIEW but would still switch to python (pytorch, tensorflow, etc.) for ML since all the high level math is done for me 🤗.  I did happen to find a nice paper written by a grad student in Missouri that covers using ML with LabVIEW.  He does cover Back Propagation so you might check it out.
