I just installed a NI PCI 6251 card and Labview. How to use Labview to collect continuous data from NI PCI 6251 and save data in a file? How can I start? Is there any example code I can use?

You mean in Labview help? How can I install the code in Labview? Can I directly open a vi. document? Thank you.

You've got a much bigger problem than just logging data if you don't have a clue as to how to open a VI. Start with the LabVIEW 101 tutorial before you do anything else (including posting a question). You don't even know how to follow directions. Help>Find Examples is considerably different than the LabVIEW help.
