I am missing "simple PID.vi" when I go to load my labview program.

When I go to load my labview program, my computer fails to find "simple PID.vi" in my directories.   The program worked fine in windows 95 on LabView 6.1, but since I've changed it over to Windows 2000 and Labview 8.0, I've started to have this issue.   Since installing the new software, I also installed "TDAQ 7.4.1" and "NIDZQ 8.0" to help it be more compatable with my LabView 6.1 files, but this error still remains.

Any thoughts?

   It seems that the simple PID.vi is a vi you created. Did you physically look for the file in your system, it might not be even present in the system. Also make sure you include your project. All of the vi's you are trying to access should be referenced in the project in LabVIEW 8.

1) Try looking for the file in your system
2) Make sure you reference it
3) Check for the subvi being called
