I have USB webcam from NI but i donot have it drivers

i had downloaded the USB driver from the linc provided by you.

and then i had installed it. then my device is been detected in my computer. but wheni m trying to acquire the image it does not responded. so i thinc that this driver is not supported by my webcam. do u have any other linc?

Hi ddsdds,

You have to tell us how you are trying to take an image.  Are you using LabVIEW or are you using the a program from the manufacture?  If you are using LabVIEW you will have to install IMAQ for USB for it to work.  To use this you will also have to make sure that the camera is Direct Show Compliant.  If it is not then it will not work in LabVIEW.

I m righ clicking on the icon in the my computer. and then click on the take an image. but camera does not start. right now i m not using the LabVIEW. i had already loaded the USB drivers of the cam.

where do you got this camera from? Maybe that´s the best way to get the correct driver? Is there a provided program to this cam?
