I have problems with a executable

I have 2 vi and use a global variables file. When I make the executable the vi that read the global file don't work. how can I make the executable?

Hi

This is a known problem. When running an executable the file path needs to be "stripped" twice to get the directory the file is in (Compared to being stripped once when running the source code). I assume this is your problem. I am attaching a vi file to help you determine if your file is an executable.
