I'm working on a USB 6211 DAQ, I am wondering how would I go about getting a 3-level VCM analog out signal? Is it a problem that the Lab View that i'm using si too old for teh NiDAQmx software, I am using LabView 8.5?

You haven't shown us any code of what you are actually doing, or the signal that you are trying to create. Most people don't know what a "3-level VCM analog out signal" is. Have you checked that the hardware is capable of doing this?
