I need to comunicate an ADS1278 with a PC for serial port using SPI interface

Hello.

I am new in this forum and I dont have so much expirience using labview.

I am tring to comunicate a ADS1278 which use a SPI interface for comunication.]

It device is working as a master (it generated the SCLK and FSYnc) and send 24 bits per channel

and I am using 7 channels for that reason It is sending 168 bits per cicle of Fsync period.

And the SCLK clok will be runnig about 1MHZ.

I am really dont know how to do it.

Dear,Regarding the ADS1278 board, I don´t have further information about it.The USB-8451 has the NI-845x driver that supports I2C and SPI. Even if the NI-845x supports only NI hardware, I suggest you refer the NI-845x Software User Manual documentation.
