Was looking at the user manual for the 1784-KTx card on the Allen Bradley site (http://www.ab.com). It seems like they designed that card to work with their own 6200 software, and it doesn't seem like they offer much support for using it outside that software. Check with Allen Bradley to see if they allow you to control the PLC controllers from other programming environments like C code. If you can do it from C, you can probably do it from LabVIEW. You might want to see if there is some way of automating their software from other applications.
