I think that is the same thing, but why don't run the first?

See the Figure:

 1) In the upper figure I have used the Control to Instrument Descriptor. In the second figure (down) I have only Used a String costant with the same words that the control had. Why in the second case compare a error Message? I have post also the type of error.

you should close the visa session first in you first vi where you are giving the control to Instrument Descriptor and then close the VI.... and run the 05 power meter.vi

NO NO NO!!!

NOT IS THE MULTIPLE SESSION THE PROBLEM!!!

 

Now I have run the VI and see what compare:

eXUSE ME, but see the first figure. In the first figure I give to Initialize VI a string identical to the second VI. But the first VI don't run and the second yes, why? I have seen you page, but I don't understand very good english. How can I solve this problem?

My opinion is that you should fix the initialize function so that it does not use a string and the 'old' VISA Open but I've already mentioned that once before. If you fixed it, you would use a VISA Resource Name control and you would not by typing anything.
