I would like to know how to handle ASN.1 encoding/decoding in LabView?

the file is more than just TLV data. It also has some headers and more buried inside.

Ask the producer of the software, which is used to produce that file, for a complete description of the file format!

Yes, your right. the file having more than TLV data.

Its having,

1. File Class

2. File Version

3. Header

4. Data portion

But i dont know exactly how many bytes allocated for each section.
