IEEE 1451 NCAP

Hi all ,
I am interested in using the NI Plug and Play sensor development kit
for my project. I understand that Labview is used to implement TEDS,
however
- Could it be used to implement NCAP?
- Also what would be the hardware requirements for NCAP?
- Is an IEEE 1451 ncap (compatible to IEEE 1451.4 , i.e. with the
T-Block ) product available from any vendor ?

The NI Plug and Play Sensor Development Kit will only work with Sensors that are a part of the 1451.4 standard. 1451.2 and 1451.4 are within the same family of standards, but they are different standards.
