IMAQ Start.vi Error

Hi,
I have a small example from NI where I just initialize the video card and I want to get the image. My source is a DVD that is just playing. If I run the vi I get an error in IMAQ Start.vi, to be more precise in the subVI imgSessionConfigure.vi. Then I open MAX and from the acquisition card I take snaps and I acquire without problem so I can see my video signal. Afterwards I close MAX and I run again my VI. Now it works without problems. I'm using LV 7.0 and NI-IMAQ 2.60.0.
Some ideas? Thanks in advance,

Angel

Hi,

if I correctly understand, grab and snap works in MAX but fails in LabVIEW, until you once launched MAX and snapped or grabbed once.
First thing you could try, is to open a standard LV example, e.g. HL Snap VI a modify it a bit. Create the image buffer before the init vi.
If this doesn't help, secondly try to install the latest ni-imaq driver:
