IMAQ Write Image missing?

Hi everyone.
I just installed LV 8.0 Professional and the full complement of drivers.   I have tried to find the VI "IMAQ Write Image.vi" that is mentioned in a few of the knowledgebase articles but to no avail.  Has anyone else bumped into this problem?  For the record, my version of IMAQ is 3.5, the version included with the drivers cd.   Also, I have installed all available  packages on associated with IMAQ.

Thanks!

Sean,

Thanks for your post.  When installing NI-IMAQ with LabVIEW 8.0, you must make sure you install support for the most recent version of LabVIEW to register files in the proper locations.  To allow a user to have multiple versions of the LabVIEW development enviroment on one PC, each driver and toolkit exists in each LabVIEW directory for each version.  You may need to simply un-install and re-install, but for more detailed information, please see the following Knowledge Base.

Thanks,

Well, I tried reinstalling in the correct order as specified above, but to no avail.  Does anyone know what library IMAQ Write resides in?

Ok, I found it.  For the record, the knowledge base article is semi-correct.  Although IMAQ WriteFile will install, it does not appear in the IMAQ directory.  Instead, you have add it your project manually.  It resides in the library: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.0\vi.lib\vision\Files1.llb.
