IMAQdx windows blue screen

Hi all, 

I made a simple vi (attached) just to test an e2v camera using IMAQ/IMAQdx used in a spectrometer and I am indeed able to see the spectrum of the light i shine through the spectrometer in the plot on screen as intensity vs pixel number. The issue is that this vi runs for a couple minutes and then the PC gives me the blue screen error in the attached pic and restarts. I made sure the vision acquisition extension was activated as i was initially using it in evaluation version but it did not make a difference, still blue screen after one-two minutes and restart... LabVIEW and VAS are both 2013. The PC runs Win7 enterprise.

Interestingly, if I run the camera through MAX it behaves fine, I can continuosly grab frames for as long as i want or just take a snap and no blue screen occurrence in such cases...

Have you ever experienced this before? Any tips on how to solve it?
