Now I have problems in make Labview program for measuring IV and Gate Sweep.

Does anyone have a Labview vi program for (HP4155A) Semiconductor Parameter Analyser?

Which problems do you have?

How is the SPA connected to your ocmputer?

What have you tried so far?

Did you look for a device driver?

Did you read the manual of the SPA to learn about the commands needed for your IV/GateSweep measurement?

Thank you for your answer and I'm sorry for my late response.

Now I'm success to connect my device to my PC.

So, I want to use "User mode" for using 4145 syntaxes to operate my HP4155a device.

Do you know how the use the User Mode or "US" command in the HP4155a device?
