If I change delay time in while loop(LabView) HP 4284A change values on the display?

I can not repeat my reading.
Every time If I change delay time in the while loop I have different reading.
I work with LCR meter HP 4284A. Program in LabView 7
Now delay time is 1800 and my reading look beter but I am not sure they are correct.
