If I make an application, the text showed with "Application Font" changes to squares and seems to be interpreted in unicode. Why? And how can I fix this?

I made a VI with some Text formatted in "Application Font" and some Text in Arial 15 pt. The Application Font is set to Arial 15 pt too, so there is no difference in the look.
But if I make an application, the Text is squared. I have that all over my application. What Setting do I have to make, that the application font is shown in the correct way?
I use LV 8.0.1 on WinXP, the App is also messed up on Win2k.
Does anybody have an idea?
