Image Acquisition Error

Hello,
I have a question I was wondering if you can help me. I have two GigE cameras connected to my computer via NI PCIe-8237R interface device. The version of my LabVIEW is 2018SP1, Vision Acquisition software 18.5, Vision development Module 2018. I cannot acquire image in Vision assistant app and the error that I face is: Error-1074360284 image acquisition device could not be initialized properly.

Open MAX.  Look in Devices and Interfaces (you may need to expand the Network tab).  Do your cameras both show up?  If they do not, LabVIEW isn't connected to your cameras.  This is most likely a Driver issue.  

To check for Drivers, open the Software tab.  Look to see if you have anything installed named NI-IMAQxxxx.
