How to understand the value of Image Data that read from picture file?

Use the 'Draw flattened pixmap.vi' function in Block diagram>>functions Palette >> graphics and sound>> picture functions

and convert the image data to display as an Image

Thank for your reply and VI.

I most like to know what's meaning of numbers or arrays in the Image Data and how to analysis the images.

(The read image file block diagram have password protected, so, I can't learn about it.)

The best i can suggest you to read on this would be 'context help'

On block diagram, go to menu>> Help>>show context help.

Now. move the mouse cursor over the read jpeg file function.

In context help, click on detailed help to read about the significance of Image type, depth, mask, colour, rectangle etc in the image data cluster

If I want to analysis the image whether a human or certain object in this image automatic by computer, can LabView 8.0 done this mission?

Let says, screen capture by CCTV with motion detect stored in picture format file, can I using images data from this picture to analysis in Labview 8.0?

Or, someone have another good idea?

I have seen instances where people have implemented image processing algorithms for image Compression/Decompression using standard LabVIEW functions.

LabVIEW can certainly do this.  However, to make your life a lot easier, check out the IMAQ Vision add-ons.  They could save you a lot of time, but they are not free.  If you want free, you can check out ImageMagick and call from the command line or DLL interfaces.
