Image acquisition of color on fingers while moving

Hello everybody

I currently doing my fyp for the image acquisition of colors which located in each finger. Anyone of u got any idea about how to do it?i wish to allocated the color on my finger while i move my hand and it will show the colors position in the pixels form. I appreciated so much for ur help. And i hope ur guy can let me knew as soon as possible because i quite rush for it. Thank you very muc (^.^).

If you don't mind about the cost then you can go for the NI smart camera which gives you a lot of options and also the frame rate will be higher. For detecting the moving objects frame rate is more important. I guess some NI member would recommend you the best option.

thank you for ur reply.but if i use the web cam isn't possible i can get the information as well?

Yes you can use the web cam (Cost Effective this I preffered first) but the cam should be having a good resolution and a frame rate (In case if your object is moving faster).

Yup~and now i success to take the photo from my webcam. Unfortunately, it unable to always located the colour on my fingers. Here is the source code of it.pls has a look. (^.^) Try to run the Grab.vi.thank you for ur suggestion.
