Hi,
What is the computer windows version you are using? And which NI-IMAQ drivers you wish to install?
You may using NI website to download the older drivers instead of NI Package Manager.
Hope you can get some reference from below KB:

Hello Leakcim26
I have faced the issue like that and, unfortunately, you need to make system formatting and reinstall your windows.
The reference files of NI software's is going to many system folders and many register paths and the only way for appropriate remove of NI software is doing it from NI Package Manager
Again if you have done some software removes by the any other way, you should make a formatting.
Also, if you haven't SSP, you will be not able to download IMAQ from the official web page. So you will need to request that software from NI technical support
