Impulse response function non ptbypt version

I have 2 arrays of data, an input function (array) and an output function (array), and I want to get the impulse response of the system.
Is there a non ptBYpt version of the Impulse response VI????

There is currently not a non Pt by Pt version of the Impulse Response VI. If the current version does not have the functionality you are looking for you can always create a product suggestion at NI.com >> Contact NI >> Product Feedback.
