In Trouble (all problem)

Hi all!
I've already make a question before for a problem i have...
So now i gonna put all the problem...but my english isn't great, but i really need help! Just like you can see i'm a newbie girl...in the first steps of labview 😛
So here it goes:

.Create a message generator, can be a window where we can put one text message.
.Make one PCM coder, that convert parallel data in serie data.
.Create a line coder that adds to the message r bits of the error code corrector through diferents algorithm.
.the level detector must be responsible for the conversion of the signal in bits.
.the line decoder must use the error detection to the received message.
.the PCM decoder convert the serie data in parallel.
.At last, show the result message in a window and comparate it to the original.

NOTE: for this, we should make a direct connection between the TTL converter and the level detector. This connection must allow introduce noise...

.Criar um gerador de mensagens, que poderá ser uma janela onde se pode colocar uma mensagem de texto.
.realizar um codificador PCM, que convert dados em paralelo para dados em séri.
.Criar o codificador de linha que adicione à mensagem r bits do código correcto de erros segundo diferentes algoritmos.
.O detector de nível é responsavel pela conversão do sinal em bits.
.O descodificador de linha deve aplicar a detecção e correcção de erros à mensagem recebida.
.O descodificador PCM converte os dados em série para paralelo.
.Finalmente, apresentar a mensagem resultante numa janela e compara-la com a inicial.

NOTA: Para efeito, deve-se fazer uma ligação directa entre o conversor TTL e o detector de nível.Esta ligação deve permitir introduzir ruido auditivo com amplitude regulavel e limitação de canal (filtro passa baixo) com banda regulavel.

Can you provide more details of what you are trying to do, what hardware you are using, etc?

.Create a message generator, can be a window where we can put one text message.  >  What kind of message(s) do you want to display?  User interface, error messages, Operator instructions, other??  Or is it to enter messages??

.Make one PCM coder, that convert parallel data in serie data. .the PCM decoder convert the serie data in parallel. > what are you trying to accomplish with the PCM coder?  you want to code in series and decode in parallel..  Can you describe what this does?

.Create a line coder that adds to the message r bits of the error code corrector through diferents algorithm.  > Need more details, like how the message gets added, what does the r bit look like, how do the algorithms affect it??  This is probably a section of its own..  How is it related to above??

.At last, show the result message in a window and comparate it to the original.  > Explain what this message is (see above).  What kind of comparison do you want to do?

What hardware are you using? DAQ?  Why adding noise?  How is the noise introduced??

Is this a college, university project?
