Initialize cluster values from spreadsheet

Exactly what I'm looking for but LV can't find ReadINIcluster_ogtk.vi (the same for WriteINI).

Can someone upload it please?

You're going to want to start here.  Follow the instructions, Read and Write INI are in one of the packages..
