Initializing Agilent 34970A

I'm trying to write a vi that will read the relay cycle status in my Agilent 34970A datalogger using the VISA read and write vis, but I'm getting an error message related to the Agilent  Initialize vi and I don't understand what the problem is. Attached is the error message and the vi I'm trying to use. I verified that the datalogger is set up with the proper GPIB address.

Are you using an NI GPIB controller? Did you configure it in MAX? Do you do a can for instruments in MAX to verify that the instrument can be detected?

I found the problem. I had to enable TULIP.DLL
