Insane Object at FPHP+292C in 'PCCMR_ihm_posage.vit': { Flages } (0x1000); Définition de type DDO

I have the message 'Insane object ...' when i try to save the VI : PCCMR_ihm_posage.vit. There is a link with the type definition 'PCCMR_code_défaut.ctl' (it happen after a modification of this type.).

I use :
- Windowss XP, SP2
- LabView 7.0.

Is there a patch a LabView for this kind of bugs ?
How can i solve this bug ?

Try looking here.
You can also try searching the knowledge base for "insane error".

OK, with a diagram copy the problem is solved.

But, why N.I. doesn't fix bugs like this. I (and the other developpers) spend too many time with this problem (an other like crash when click the cancel execution button on a model VI called by reference).

Well, if you had the answer to that question, you could probably be a billionaire.
Doesn't your code have bugs?

Let me say upfront that I don't know what the insane object error is. I assume it means something was corrupted in the VI.
I'm not sure whether this is actually a bug in LV or just a randomly occuring thing.
In any case, I'm sure your programs are not as big and complex as LV. Major software companies can't release an update for each bug that is found. I believe there is an update for 7.0 (I think it's called 7.01), but I don't know where it can be found, and I don't think it will solve this problem.
