Interested. I just ran across this issue too. Windows 10 OS, Labview 2017 64-bit, APT 32-Bit Software for 64-Bit Windows as instructed by Thorlabs.

See vi with control with mg17 inserted, check if it finds library.

I've resolved my issue. I was using Labview 2018 64-bit. I loaded LabVIEW 2018 32-bit and all is well.
