Install LabVIEW 32-bit and 64-bit on same computer - doesn't seem to work

Hallo, I need a version of Labview 2011 that can work with Lego Mindstorms but I can't find the right versions. I already have Labview 2011 evaluation version(64 bit) but without lego and I downloaded an addon for Lego mindstorms that needs labview 2011 32 bit. I spend a whole day but still don't find versions that fit together. Can anyone post a link where I can download labview in 32 bit or the addon in 64bit?

Well, that has nothing to do with the current discussion, so you should have started a new thread.

In any case, what do you see if you click on the "See Download options" button on this page?

Install 32 first and then 64 . But either way both should be installed in the same directory and not in two diff places. 64 uses some shared files from 32.

The 32 bit version has a path of: "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2011\LabVIEW.exe"

The 64 bit version has a path of: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2011\LabVIEW.exe"

If you install them in the same location, the folders would get merged and you will have a lot of conflicts, with files having the same name but different bitness trying to share the same location.

Unless the windows installer can throw up a lot of smoke and mirrors and correct things behind the scenes, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Can you show us the full path of your 32bit and 64bit LabVIEW executable?
