Installation troubleshooting?

When installing Labview 7.1 to a fresh XP installation the install progresses to the end of Part 1 of 13 and then prompts to "Please insert the disk: Labview Full Development System".  However this disk (LV_71_FDS) is already in the drive?  I'm sure this is simple but has anyone else seen this? Any ideas?
Thanks

Could it be that your CD is scratched or otherwise damaged?

There a couple of barely visible scratches but nothing heavy as the disk is only a few weeks old...

Hi DTA,

Try copying the entire to your hard drive and installing LabVIEW from there.  Sometimes this can help any issues with reading from the CD during installation.

Antivirus is not installed yet.  The setup is a fresh install of XP

DTA,

Have you tried the CD in a different computer?  If it doesn't work there either, then it may just be a bad CD.  If so, contact your sales representative to get a new copy.

I have since tested the CD successfully in another computer... I will try and install using another CD drive to see if it is the problem.  I've attached screen capture at the "problem" point.

Thank you all for your suggestions!
