Installing LanVIEW2020 error

Hello everybody,

i am trying to download the 2020SP1 LabVIEW version but i have the issue that the program download never starts, i dont know if there is a problem with the server or if it is a problem with my pc or internet provider, i had already tried using different internet providers, but still having same issue, what should i do? thanks in Advance community.

It it not you, I had this issue recently everytime I was installing on a new computer. I think it is an issue with 2020 specifically and if I recall correctly I got around it by disabling the database connectivity toolkit which was a recommended install but I didn't need. I had the issue with the rabbitmq and another package which both seemed to be from external providers and some of the packages that LabVIEW was installing required them. 

If you need the packages that are being installed maybe try installing without them and then pulling them from NIPM? That would work if the problem is with the installer itself but if it is a compatibility issue and it doesn't work it might be worth checking with NI support.
