I may be over-simplifying this, but since you are able to read data in from one LabVIEW program, are you able to read the information in inside of one while loop and use the Merge Signals function? This would be the easiest way to do this... However, like I said, I may be oversimplifying your application.

Yes. I shall try this and see if this gives me the desired results. 

I am certainly hoping this oversimplifies my application. 

On a side note,  which is more effecient, build array or merge signals?
