To be clear, I would like to have control of the internet radio while
running a vi....
So, I think I need the i/o paths to several sources..I know labview
can play a sound..so the laptop sound card is easy..
...I am using apple software Itunes....
Hopefully, labview would run my radio station and then stop when a voice comes
on the internet...So I will build a filter..once I can locate and plot the radio station

How would the filter work? How would it differentiate between a commercial and, say, a person singing a capella? I don't have an answer for you, but I'd be really curious to see how the filter works. 😉

The station I listen to has a long pause when it is
about to give a commercial..so I would look for
breaks..thats one idea..

Good news, I am using the vi for acquiring sound..it looks
like its plotting the music thats playing..now just to turn
it off with a filter...close?
