Is there a more accurate altenative to the Line Profile?

Hi,

I'm currently applying the Line Profile to a small particle (via a microscope -> IMAQ card). I'm doing this to extract the diameter of the particle, as there seems to be no other way of doing this.

It works really well - I can get the distance in pixels between the two peaks of the profile. However, this is only giving me the particle diameter (actually the diameter of the diffraction rings) to pixel accuracy. What I really need is the diameter to subpixel accuracy.

Any ideas how I can do this?

Hello Tentotheminus9 , Can you use the IMAQ Line gauge.vi in order to gain subpixel accuracy.
