Is there any LabView instrument driver of HP4142B?

I need to program HP4142B Modular SMU and i donn't have
the GPIB interface manual.

I searched our site and we do not have an instrument driver for this instrument. I did a search on Agilent's web site and found a FAQ page thas has a part number for replacement manuals on CD.
