Is there any standard way to approach Factor Graphs using NI tools?

I am interested in approaching some problems using graph theory techniques.  Is there any set of tools or techniques in the NI world that might lead to solving these kinds of problems?

There is not a Functions Palette entry specifically for performing operations pertinent to Factor Graphs. Could you clarify further the specific operations you are hoping to deploy in LabVIEW? Are you working with LabVIEW, or other NI Products? 

There will not be a direct tutorial built into LabVIEW environment on algorithm design for advanced data structures. Many developers have discussed various techniques for managing these items.
