i encountered a run-time error when read rs-232, when encountered this error, the operator need to re-start the application(Teststand+labview), because need to re-connect the database, the process of re-start cost a lots of time. the production guy always complainted this. because this run-time error occured randomly, if we encountered this, if we tested it again, it was ok. this run-time error just occured for some kinds of modules, not occured in all kinds of modules. so it was hard to debug the root cause stey by step. i also find a solution from http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/F3E0621CB71AA16786256F970000FC57 but
, i tried it follow the instruction, but run-time error occured also. is there any further instruction for this run-time error?
