Hi NIquist,
Thank you for these circuit diagrams. I am using NI9263 output analog DC (3V, 1mA) to drive a vibrator which needs 3VDC and 85mA. The terminal resistance of the vibrator is 30 Ohm. I can power the Transistor (2N222xx with a beta of 85) with an external power source (3V 600 mA) What resistances would I need to comply with the circuit diagram, please?

That's what I was going to suggest. A simple voltage follower can do the job.

If you just want ON/OFF just use one transistor E to GND (of PS and DA), C to load to 3V , B with 1k to AO
