Issue with Voltmeter VI using LabView and Keithley 6517b

Sounds as if there might be an issue with the GPIB port either the cable, the PC or the instrument.  First, I would try another cable.  Next, I would try another instrument.  Lastly, I would try another PC.  Change one variable at a time to check the results.

I tried running the code and it doesn't work. I made sure that the connection is working and everything.
