JKI VI Package Manager missing from tools menu?

Hi all, I have recently updated JKI VIPM to version 2012.0.0 but now find that the application is no longer visible in my LabVIEW 2011 SP1 tools menu.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Confirmation: It isn't there.

I am using the same version of LabVIEW.
