Hey thanks for the link. I have already downloaded the materials.
I think I can prepare well If I ve got a book.
I cant find the book "Labview for everyone" in stores here (Chennai) . Can anyone pl tell me where can I get it?
I need it in 2 or 3 days. Will online purchasing help?

You wouldn't find it in stores. It is very costly in Indian Rupees, as far as I could remember. Moreover, finding a version corresponding to the latest version of LV could be much more difficult. Try to check in CDAC/IIT library in Chennai, if you could. They might have one.
I would suggest you to get an evaluation copy of the latest version of LV & start preparing for cLAD.

Evaluation copy of LV software?
I have got LV 2011 So, Shall i start preparing with that? I have also got a book "Virtual Instrumentation using Labview"
I used it when we had to work with labview during our final semester in college. will it suffice?

Take the trial exams, you should be able to pass them 100% with ease and understand why the answers are correct before you attempt the real exam. Also read all the previous comments on this forum on CLAD prep. The real test is MUCH harder then the practice exams. LV 2011 is fine , so is 8.6 for that matter.

Yes, evaluation copy. If you do not have a license, the same DVD could be used to install LV in the evaluation mode, valid up to 30 days, from the day of first launch.
If you have got LV 2011, I'd say it is more than enough, even to prepare for CLD exam.
P.S.:- Please write LabVIEW, not as Labview or something else. It is the way it should be.

Thanks for correcting my mistake. LabVIEW. Yes! That s the way it should be. 🙂
I have stareted preparing using the materials I have got and the software.
BTW have you got any sample question papers other than those provided in the NI website? Suggestions are welcome.

No, I haven't got any sample question papers.
BTW, when did you plan/decide to take cLAD? How did you miss the Nov 15 NITS in Chennai? I think they conducted cLAD as part of the session with a discount in the total fee.

I'm not sure. But I think, if you prepare with whatever resources you already have, it'll be more than enough for cLAD.
