Keithley 236 and GPIB

Hello,

I used a Ke236 source meter with GPIB control and Labview 5.1.1 on W98. My program performed sweep for source and measurement at each step.

The program have worked perfectly for seven years. Now I change to WXP and L8.6 and experience the following problem: after approximately 500 steps (it takes 1.5 hour) the program hangs.

Does anyone can help me?

Post your code.  We can't help if we can't see what you are doing.  It sounds like you are chewing up memory or hard drive space.
