i need to write a program with labview to use channel A output voltage as an input for channel B

Hi,

To communicate with your Keithley 2600 you have the instrument driver here and on the Keithley website you can download here all the necessary software for LabVIEW. Also I attached the zip file which contains all the VIs with some good examples that will help you to implement your program.
