Keithley 2636B LAN-LabVIEW communication using Instrument driver

Hey everyone!

I am trying to establish LabVIEW communication to Keithley 2636B which is connected to the PC using Ethernet port. I am able to send SCIP commands and get the appropriate outputs. I want to use it for battery cycling applications. Is it possible to use the existing instrument driver if the device is connection through LAN port. 

Please help me with this.

(Most probably) Yes!

Does the "existing" driver use VISA functions?
