Keithley 26xx Source Compliance Querry

Hey guys , I am trying to use the Source Compliance Querry.vi for Keithley 2604b but I never takes the True value either on compliance or not the Source Compliance Querry always give back False . Is there a  bug or i am using it wrong thanks a lot.

Can you describe how you are performing the measurement physically?  2/4 wire, connected to a 50Ohm resistor, supplying 10V, setting 100uA compliance?.

Try doing the measurement first, then reading compliance, or adding a source delay.  What voltage and current do you actually measure?

I've had an issue with the K26xx on some ranges where I set compliance as 2A and it reads 1.9999998A and does not return compliance.  I believe there was a firmware fix at some point for this bug.  But in all my K26xx code I read current, multiply by 1.05 and see if that exceeds my compliance setting just to be safe.

Greeting , I want to make a vi that will measure I-V characteristics for keithley 2604b . I am currently using a 2/4 wire and a 1000 Ohm resistor supplying 0 to 5 Volts and I put the compliance limit ta 0.001 A just to test that compliance is working put it does not. I will upload my vi , any help will be more than welcome cause I am very new at labview.
