LIN bus Error 84 00 00 06 00 00 38?

Hi, I'm monitoring a LIN bus slave, I see it return a full frame request to set speed on a pump, but then it immediately reports a bus error of 84 00 00 06 00 00 38. I'm trying to monitor a LIN slave for a command then send this command to a LIN master. I can't quite figure out why the slave is reporting the bus error for. Can someone help me understand the error.

Attached is the error trace.

Thanks...

Actually I resolved the problem. The error means the slave received a header, but no reponse. This is because the response entry table on the LIN slave was not set prior to the slave issuing a command to the master LIN.

@Sparakala

Hello!

I recommend that if you would like to ask a question to the community, create a new post with your question. this is a very old thread and is quite unlikely that your questions will be monitored by our community members. Plus, having One question per thread makes it easier to find answers for other customers.

Cheers!
