Hello,
This question is for NI support, but any one can jump in. I am currently running LV 8.6 SE, I just received LV 2010 SE today. My OS is Windows XP latest SP and updates, I don't see a SP # on the new LV disk (fall 2010).
Is it best practice to just install LV 2010 over 8.6, let the CD figure every thing out. OR should you uninstall 8.6 first?
Is there a way of running both 2010 and 8.6 for a limited time?
I don't have any major projects, just some stuff I coded while preparing for the CLAD a while ago, but I would like to keep the VI's I made for reference. Should these run OK in LV 2010?
Is there a list of the feature changes and additions from 8.6 to 2010 somewhere?

You can install 2010 and keep the old version at the same time. SImply pick the default install locations offered by the installer.
Many people here have several versions installed.
