Did you mean:

LV 2023 Q3 project toolbar icons look like they came straight out of Windows 95. Is it just me...?

Or maybe they always looked like that, and moving to Windows 10 (from Windows 7) just highlighted it because in Windows 10 there's no fancy UI to distract you?

I'm looking at a project in 2023 Q3, 2019, 2016, and 8.2.1 side-by-side-by-side-by-side.  I'm seeing no difference in the toolbars between the versions.  I'd say you are seeing a difference from changing the OS instead of LabVIEW.

So I'm wrong... but (almost) right, too.  Only they didn't come out of Windows 95, but maybe Windows NT/XP.
