LV 7.1 Tool Palette ???

The Tool Palette in LV 7.1 can be called temporarily with a Shift-Right Click but I am not able to keep the Tool Palette visible or "Pinned". It is not listed in Window menu. Hints?

OK, so it shows up if the Window is extended. Rather a waste of time.

Go to "tools...options" and uncheck "use abridged menus" (upper right on first options screen).

Now it will always be available directly under "windows..show tools palette".
