Hello,
Is it possible to install both LV 7.1 and 8.5 on one computer with Windows without any problems?
Regards,

That's good info. But if i want to use Traditional DAQ in 7.1 and DAQ-mx in 8.5 what i need to do? Now i have 7.1 installed, and i'm going to install 8.5. Could I install Traditional DAQ from 8.5 or leave this option unchecked? Does Traditional DAQ form LV 8.5 CD will be work with installed 7.1. Could I install things related to 7.1 (support, run-time, etc.) from 8.5 installation program?
Regards,
Kacper

YES! It is possible to install & have LV 7.1 & 8.5 up & running in the same computer, if & only if...
1] LV 7.1 is installed first & then LV 8.5 is installed next.
2] Else, it wont allow you to install LV 7.1 since a higher version of LV is already present in your system.

I think Traditional DAQ 8.5 may not be compatible with LV 7.1, but I m not sure...
Normally, when you install a device driver of higher version, it ll overwrite the lower version if already present.
It is better you contact you local NI guys about this information.

First, you install all the CDs related to LV 7.1 including the device driver CDs also. Then you do the complete installation of LV 8.5 with the set of all CDs that came with it. You should not be encountering any problem in both of your development environments & also while you distribute your application.
