LV FPGA 2012 ShowHardwareDetails

I added

ShowHardwareDetails=True

in the LabVIEW.ini

But can not find the disable of enabling ports inside SCTL in the properties of SCTL.

I get an LV error each time I exit LV, and the report is attached.

Why?
